1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using the Scoop Docs application ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the Software.

2. Acceptable Usage

You agree to use Scoop Docs only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the documents, notes, and data you store within the application. ScoopLabs is not responsible for the contents of your vault.

3. Backup and Data Responsibility

Because Scoop Docs is an offline-first application that does not sync to the cloud, you are solely responsible for backing up your data. If you lose your device, uninstall the app without creating a backup, or forget your master password, your data will be permanently lost. ScoopLabs has no ability to recover lost data or reset forgotten passwords.

4. Intellectual Property

The Software, including its design, code, logos, and features, are the intellectual property of ScoopLabs Tech. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Software without explicit permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ScoopLabs Tech be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of Scoop Docs. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, device failure, or inability to access stored documents. The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Software Availability

ScoopLabs reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Software at any time without prior notice.
